"Bodybuilding has been a catalyst to my personal growth and development."

My name is Jessica Morgan Canty. I am a professional figure competitor in the IFBB and I am currently located in Lone Tree, CO. I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Marketing. I ran Division 1 track throughout college and I needed a way to stay active and competitive once I graduated. In May of 2013, I began bodybuilding.

 

Throughout my fitness journey, I found that my track background instilled a strong work ethic and the discipline I needed to excel in the sport of bodybuilding. Likewise, both sports require hours and months of training and preparation for a short performance. Incorporation of this skill set allowed me to earn my IFBB pro status just six months after my first NPC show.

 

Bodybuilding has been a catalyst to my personal growth and development. I have learned to be self-disciplined and how to self-motivate. I have gained a sense of confidence and self-awareness and I am passionate about helping others uncover the same realizations. Fitness is not a fad, it is a journey and a lifestyle. My goal is to provide others with the tools necessary to improve their overall wellness by telling my story and providing tips to leading a healthier life.

The distance between who I am and who I want to be is separated only by my actions and words.

I offer online coaching and meal plans for all levels of gym-goers. Whether you are someone stepping into fitness for the first time or you are knowledgeable and just looking for direction, I can provide you with the tools you need in order to reach your fitness goals.

I offer 4, 8, and 12 week plans depending on your fitness goals. Within your plan, you will learn training and dieting techniques tailored to your individual needs.
